Ungozu & Sons Enterprises Limited was born from a shared vision between father and son to create a lasting legacy in the technology industry. The foundation for this vision was laid in 2015 when Iniakpokeikiye Peter Thompson, then a young computer science student, launched Iniak-Computsoft (ICSoft). With a passion for technology, he built the company to provide cutting-edge software solutions and IT consultancy services, establishing a reputation for innovation and quality.
Meanwhile, Peter Ayibaitari Ngozi Thompson, a dedicated educator and school principal, ran Thompson Computer Services—a business focused on desktop publishing and printing. His entrepreneurial spirit and experience in managing operations would soon prove invaluable.
In 2020, following Peter’s retirement, father and son saw an opportunity to merge their talents and resources. Together, they decided to re-open the ICSoft office and expand its capabilities. They shared a vision of building a business that would not only serve immediate IT needs but also create opportunities for innovation and growth across industries.
In November 2023, they officially founded Ungozu & Sons Enterprises Limited, combining their years of expertise and aligning their entrepreneurial goals. This new company, structured as a limited liability enterprise, is designed to be a versatile and scalable business, poised to lead in IT solutions and expand into other sectors.
